Day 2 & Happy Friday! Wonderful weather today. Plan to get a long walk in before the football game tonight. I have not eaten anything yet today and I know that does not help my metabolism. As soon as I am done here I am going to bulk up on steamed broccoli and a bean burger patty (yum) It's funny how the healthier I eat...the more I crave healthier food. Happy autumn to everyone! It is a beautiful day here in the mid-west. I am on my lunch break and decided to enter my first blog today. I have 100+ pounds to lose and actually started a week ago. First week I lost 3 pounds and that was pretty much just with eating healthy, not counting calories, not exercising BUT drinking a TON of water.
I have not always been fat.....but over the years have settled into some...
