New/Better plan

So...my first plan that I would eat very well during the week but allow myself to eat as I wanted (but not overdo it) on the weekends is not working. Every weekend I have had some kind of function where food was involved and each weekend seem to be gaining back most if not all the lbs I lose during the week. GRRR!!!
Of course, it doesn't help that the boss brought in bagels on Friday and decided she needed to refill her candy jar...something she hasn't done in over a year!
I think I need to actually commit myself to OA process. I am just watching from the sidelines right now and with the holiday just around the corner, I can see myself really getting into trouble.
I started today off right so that is good. I am going to plan to really eat conscientiously.
