Week two of new program

I've lost a total of 12 pounds thus far. I know that if I get into my excercise plan, the pounds will continue to come off. I need to get back in that state of mind when you feel bad for missing a execise day. You want to feel like eating and excercise go hand in hand. Both must be completed per day.
