My younger son got a shirt a few months back that said, "Pain is just weakness leaving the body."
I like that. :)
Lifting weights may make you weird. I do squats three times a week as a part of my strength program. I'm really starting to like the "pain" of the weight on the back of my shoulders. I wasn't loving the squats the first few times I did them, but now I am looking forward to them - probably more then anything else I am doing.
