Week Three

I did not lose nor did I gain, I consider that a win for not gaining. I want to end this month with a good number so I need to amp up my excercise and really watch my food intake. I've stayed away from junk and fast foods. I'm feeling less stressed due to my wife and I spending quality time this weekend. As for my youngest son, we need to work hard by not letting his problems effect my personal goals that I have set for my health. My oldest son lost a pound and that is also good news for the family progress report.
