Starting over

Well I slipped. Stopped logging on here and stopped exercising. Luckily my weight stayed the same, but all the inches I had lost spooked back out again. Trying not to be angry with myself but just get back on track yesterday. I did great on eating yesterday, but today i got up and had two and a half cups of coffee with sugar and half and half and white toast with jelly. I swear, sugar is like heroin to me! However, I brushed that off and have eaten perfectly the rest of the day. I just want to stay with this for 45 days and not lose momentum. Zumba'ing again tonight! Missed it!
