Well I slipped. Stopped logging on here and stopped exercising. Luckily my weight stayed the same, but all the inches I had lost spooked back out again. Trying not to be angry with myself but just get back on track yesterday. I did great on eating yesterday, but today i got up and had two and a half cups of coffee with sugar and half and half and white toast with jelly. I swear, sugar is like heroin to me! So I finished my first week with two pounds lost! This site has really helped me stay in track and the iphone app is great to have when I am not at my computer.
Ready to tackle this coming week. Took my measurements and all are down at least by some, so progress!
I want to be below 210 this next week and keep moving down!

Trying to get acclimated to tracking each thing I eat each day and then trying not to be absolutely horrified with the end result. Black and white makes our flaws so much more real. However I have had two days where I have maintained my nutrition goals so I am going to build on that. Baby steps till I am ready to run!
