I seem to have fallen off this week big time. We were setting up a new store and my boss has been buying food for everyone for lunch. Well I can't refuse free food. So I haven't exactly been eating well this week and the scale shows that. The healthiest thing I had was a Subway sub yesterday. I haven't been keeping track of things because honestly I can't remember and some of the fast food things aren't on the list on here. I'll try to pick it back up soon.
