Yeah, I havent kept track of this for half a month. I will honestly say I've been wallowing in food....not having a good emotional month so far. Boyfriend issues, we're both trying to better ourselves in different ways and him bettering himself is causing me to be upset while he gets better...so not good.

I seem to have fallen off this week big time. We were setting up a new store and my boss has been buying food for everyone for lunch. Well I can't refuse free food. So I haven't exactly been eating well this week and the scale shows that. The healthiest thing I had was a Subway sub yesterday. I haven't been keeping track of things because honestly I can't remember and some of the fast food things aren't on the list on here. I'll try to pick it back up soon.

Been almost a week since I put up a blog, the last few days were not my fault though. We simply tried to switch who's name the phone and internet was in and they canceled my service and it took them 2 days apparently to hook it back up in my boyfriends name. Annoying to say the least. I'm not sure if I posted about this or not, but that day I was oh so miserable, boyfriend thought it would be sweet to go buy a chocolate cake for me. Well I'm going to be perfectly honest, I didn't really watch what I ate at all yesterday other than I didn't just sit down and pig out like I wanted. I was miserable yesterday, even with meds, boyfriend felt bad for me at one point and went out and bought us a german chocolate cake...cause chocolate makes everything better.

Not even a week into it and lost count already off the top of my head, plus I didn't post yesterday. I already know I'm going to lose count by doing these "day _" things. But anywho, yesterday wasn't exactly an ideal for a diet. I don't eat dinner until almost 11pm due to not getting off work until 10, and then going to bed at midnight...so my food doesn't get to settle as well as hoped.
