A new beginning

Today I'm going to start eating healthier. I am not always able to workout because my schedule is so packed right now so watching what I eat is even more important. My plan is to eat about 400 calories at each meal, that leaves an extra 300-400 calories for snacks or drinks then get some sort of a workout in whenever possible. I have a good friend that is trying to lose weight as well so hopefully the support will be a big help!
