Time to tone up and drop fat!

Well my birthday passed and I didn't quite make it to my goal. I gained a pound. I expected it though. I need to get back on track and actually make it to my goal. I'm so close and I think I'm just settling. I want to at least do this. I never finish anything. Exercising makes me feel good and yet I've been taking naps and sleeping in when I should be exercising. I know what I need to do. I don't understand how I get unmotivated. So I am going to set another goal and try as hard as I can to stay on track. Christmastime will be here soon enough I hope I can make it to my goal by then. I need some redbull to give me wings! :)
