It's been a year since I have really been on this website. I stopped working out and just tried to focus on eatting right. I decided I needed to start my workouts again in February. I joined a great gym that has Zumba. I didn't think I would like it much but I love it! I go all the time! I can't wait to go tomorrow. Its been almost one year since I have really been trying to lose some weight and get healthier. I've lost 15 pounds! I feel great! I fit into some pants that I didn't before! I even gave away some of my bigger pants!! I'm so happy that I found

I'm wondering does anyone know a natural way to help skin elasticity. I've had two kids and I have been up to 185 and now I'm at 130 my goal is 125, lately I've thought 115 might be better, but it kind of seems like there is a lot of skin around my tummy area and I'm kinda scared the more weight I lose the worse it will look. I never thought about extra skin I just thought it was fat and it would go away with diet and exercise. I really don't want a tummy tuck because I've heard about how pain...

My niece came home and is doing great! So am I. I am a little sore from kickboxing. :( But I feel a lot better than I have in a while. I actually look forward to exercising but it's difficult to find a babysitter. I'm looking forward to taking a walk with my girls today. It feels nice knowing I'm almost to my goal!

I'm down 1 pound! Yay me! I have been doing great. I got my cardio done earlier and I feel great! Well my birthday passed and I didn't quite make it to my goal. I gained a pound. I expected it though. I need to get back on track and actually make it to my goal. I feel terrible, my head hurts my stomach hurts my whole body hurts. I just wanna lay down and go to sleep. My little girl is sleeping now but I've got 10 minutes until my older daughter will be getting off the bus. So I guess we will all have early bedtimes. At least I was a little hungry this morning I had dry toast and for lunch I had a banana smoothie but I still feel a little nauseous. Oh well hopefully I stay on track good thing is I'm definitely not craving any bad foods.

Well I took a step in the opposite direction.. I gained 2 pounds. I wish I had skipped the birthday cake. I'm so hungry right now and I wish I could go get ice cream! Thats just going to make it all worse, I know. Well my friends wedding is 1 week from saturday so maybe I can make it back to where I was. Time to go have my slim-fast and get my day going in the right direction!

Well today went well. I did have a little birthday cake though, but I went for a run tonight too, 2 miles. Not too bad for me. I did it in 33 minutes and it's so damn hilly around here. I'm glad I went I wasn't really planning on it tonight either. My legs hurt so bad. Definitely no cheating tomorrow!! And no running either my legs need a little rest.

I had to buy a treat for my daughter today and of course I had to have some of it! I don't know why she had to get the little debbies!!! Its so frustrating! At least I forced myself to run tonight. I didn't plan on going for a run but there are so many calories in those! I'm going to a wedding in 2 weeks so I can't go off track again. I wish I could get a new dress but I barely wear the ones I have in my closet! Well good night I'm beat. It's on tommorrow!!!
