Trying on Maintenance Styles

I worked hard up to Election Day, and now I'm recooperating. I found a good maintenance pattern for me: Phase 2 at home for all but one meal a day, and that one meal is reasonable portions of whatever's available. That lets me eat at catered events or restaurants once a day, without falling off the wagon.
Those "whatever" meals have hidden fats, so FitClick can't predict my weight like when I've got it all properly recorded. But it sure beats my previous patterns! I would try NOT to eat away from home, get crazy hungry, give in and overeat on the worst choices, feel guilty, tell my husband I'm on Phase 1, and then find out he's already bought Phase 3 groceries. That was happening every week! Not a happy place for me; I'm really glad I found a better pattern.
