4 pounds to go :(

Went to new york for the week...since i wasnt at home i wasnt working out, and couldnt be too careful about what i was eating. im going to the gym today, gonna weigh myself after my workout...im kinda scared to see the damage.
i've been stuck four pounds above my goal weight for way too long now...i just needa lose that 4 pounds!! hoping i can achieve that in the next two or three weeks. im starting to get back on track today, planning on running 2 or 3 k at the gym. anyone have suggestions to burn those last 4 pounds??
