So here i am, back again. Sick of my body like always, trying to lose 15 pounds ( i want to weigh 125lbs). I'm only 5'7, so that's not actually that little. I'm around 140 right now, but i haven't weighed myself in a while. Been working out lots, going to do an am and pm workout tomorrow. Back on pills, not sure if they're doing anything though. Weighed myself today, im back down to my norm. thank god. guess that was all just water weight. ive been really good about not shopping (although i did pick up a magazine and some razors, but those are necessities). had fencing practice today, which i figured took care of my cardio. plus i did a really thorough workout and didnt eat much. alls good :) cant wait to lose these last 5 so i can shop!!

Alright. So yesterday was pretty good, went for a run before class in the morning, and then went for an evening workout. did all my strength training but the gym closed before i had a chance to do any cardio...oh well...my calories were pretty good too. Just one problem. I read in fitness mag. that drinking lots of water can help you flush fat and toxins out of your body. so yesterday i drank 12 glasses (of like 250ml each). 5 of those were all at once, during and before my workout. Went to workout before yoga this morning. Didn't have much time for cardio though, and yoga is mostly strength training. I'll do some type of cardio later on though, probably a jog or some skipping. My calories have been good so far, but its only 1:30 now. Hoping i can stay on track for the rest of the day, and see some results by next weekend. im tired of being at a stand still. time to take action!
Contemplating going back on fat burners tomorrow...i would love to have that extra boost,...

Went to the mall today, with my mom...didnt buy anything though, so im proud of myself :) im gonna stick to this promise, with winter coming im in need of a new wardrobe, so its the perfect time to get motivated! went to the gym today, and im gonna run tomorrow before yoga. on monday i start tracking my calories again, and going back on fat burners. hope everyones doing well!!

Just went to the gym...i gained a pound this week :( i was in NYC though, and wasnt able to workout, so the damage could have been worse. The weekends are always harder to make good eating choices, im not going to worry about my calories too much today and tomorrow, but starting monday im gonna be strict. i plan on starting to jog before class in the morning to burn off a few breakfast calories before i start my day.

Went to new york for the week...since i wasnt at home i wasnt working out, and couldnt be too careful about what i was eating. im going to the gym today, gonna weigh myself after my workout...im kinda scared to see the damage.
