Went to workout before yoga this morning. Didn't have much time for cardio though, and yoga is mostly strength training. I'll do some type of cardio later on though, probably a jog or some skipping. My calories have been good so far, but its only 1:30 now. Hoping i can stay on track for the rest of the day, and see some results by next weekend. im tired of being at a stand still. time to take action!
Contemplating going back on fat burners tomorrow...i would love to have that extra boost, but its also satisfying to lose the weight with no help. I'll probably go back on them to reach my goal, and then just continue with proper eating and exercise. I'm also trying to drink 8 glasses of water a day to flush out my system. hope its working!
