I am still at camp. Been doing relief so wondering around 3 different rigs in 3 weeks. I have been doing really well working out this shift. Only one time had 3 days off in a row. I bought the Jillian Micheals 3 DVD box set. It has the Yoga Meltdown, 30 day Shred and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I tried the Yoga Meltdown first and it hurt my shoulders but was a pretty good cardio workout for a yoga video. I did the 30 day Shred about 4 or 5 times and I like it, could feel it working well. I put the Banish Fat one in and holy smash! I almost puked and felt super dizzy at one point. After the first time it does get easier. It was a much better workout then the 30 day shred so I kept with it. I can see a difference in my body already and I really like doing it everyday. It is very intense and it's still hard to make it through all the circuits, there are 7 6 minute or 6 circuits 7 minutes long, with a warm up and cool down. Before I am done the warm up my heart rate is already in the 160's and it stays around 185 for the whole workout. I have been eating a bit too much dessert but I am having no beer right now so not to conserned about those empty calories. I love that the workout is in the workout tracker so it's as simple as entering in how long you did it for and what your heart rate is and it tells you how many calories you burn. I have another 5 days here in camp and I want to work out for most of them and try to watch what I am eating a bit more.
