I am going to be heading home and back to fast food alley in a few days. I am nervous with all the beer that will be drunk and that helps lead to poor diet choices as well. Nothing beats a large hawiian pizza when you have a hang over. I also have a lot of running around to do and it so easy to hit up a drive through. I am still at camp. Been doing relief so wondering around 3 different rigs in 3 weeks. I have been doing really well working out this shift. Only one time had 3 days off in a row. I bought the Jillian Micheals 3 DVD box set. It has the Yoga Meltdown, 30 day Shred and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I tried the Yoga Meltdown first and it hurt my shoulders but was a pretty good cardio workout for a yoga video. I did the 30 day Shred about 4 or 5 times and I like it, could feel it working

So I was out of camp for about 9 days. Did not have a single healthy good day when it came to food. Did not eat for a few of them at all!!! I am back in camp now and other then having a few unscheduled days off I am glad to be here. Made sure I only bought healthy food with me and the girl I am doing relief for has some new excerise videos and a scale here so I have everything I need to really kick ass and lose a few more pounds this next couple weeks. I failed to pack a half decent lunch today. I am so limited right now on what I can eat because my mouth is so sore. As I rushed out the door I grabbed a jar of apple sauce and that was it! I managed to choke down about 1/2 a cup all day and did not even drink a lot of water. I did make an extra point of walking more today around the site I work at. I used to love fiber1 or quaker garnola bars for snacks or some mixed nuts but gonna have to find a way to get more liqid nutrie...

Well this week has been a little different. I have had 4 days off and since I got braces put on 3 days ago I have really enjoyed not working. It is impossible to chew anything so I have been on a liquid diet and soft food only. I made a great vegie soup yesterday and will be searching for more recipies. Well by some miracle I managed to lose a few pounds, shocking the hell outta myself. I was visiting friends up in Port McNeil and Zeballos. I had a hell of a good time! Did not eat a whole lot of healty food, but sure got lots of walking done and helped my friend to install floors which was mainly moving the boxes. Okay so new commitment. I really want this, I have the power. I did do a great job of eating lots of vegies today. I also managed some how to finish eating just over my daily calorie limit by 15. WOW. Not so much excerise today though, unless you count housework. I do love this website, I am so happy I found it. I am going to try to use the community more this time and would love to have some people to talk to for motovation!
