Post-Thanksgiving thoughts!

Well, here we are again, after Thanksgiving and keeping the focus on the rest of the holiday season! Had a great visit with my step-daughter and still managed to get in some workouts and did the best I could with a couple of meals out. The trick: always be prepared and order as clean as possible. There is always going to be the dreaded sodium from the food at restaurants so allow yourself to drink plenty of water before, during and after a "out-to-eat" meal. On to Christmas, my favorite holiday, and yet another big challenge for us all! Stay on track by logging your food and exercise and rewarding yourself once a week!
