Feeling MUCH better today! Dropped all the excess water from eating out and got in a great circuit this morning! I did 1/4mile sprints and finished with a 1/2mile sprint, followed by 15mins on the elliptical and that was the topper to a great workout! I love starting the day off with a great workout; sets you up for a great day! Date afternoon with my husband and relaxing to finish up a fantastic holiday weekend! Well, here we are again, after Thanksgiving and keeping the focus on the rest of the holiday season! Had a great visit with my step-daughter and still managed to get in some workouts and did the best I could with a couple of meals out. The trick: always be prepared and order as clean as possible. There is always going to be the dreaded sodium from the food at restaurants so allow yourself to drink plenty of water before, during and after a "out-to-eat" meal. On t...
