Feeling MUCH better today! Dropped all the excess water from eating out and got in a great circuit this morning! I did 1/4mile sprints and finished with a 1/2mile sprint, followed by 15mins on the elliptical and that was the topper to a great workout! I love starting the day off with a great workout; sets you up for a great day! Date afternoon with my husband and relaxing to finish up a fantastic holiday weekend! Got the tree up and really feeling in the holiday spirit!
