my weight dropped to 176 before christmas i was doing great as soon as i had one sweet, i splurged for 3 days so im trying to get right back on track, eva got me shape up shoes and mom got me a ipod bag...thats motivation...what helped drp the pounds was my dinner choices{apple}or grape fruit or shake or cearl kashi or cherios or cottage cheese, and adding oatmeal to breakfastand rice to lunch....also a 20 to 40 min.walk or workout dvd..3 to 5 days a week as much as possible...
