#1. say no to extra food say no thanks to people who push extra food my way!
#2. workout or walk at least 20 min. to a hour 4 to 5 days a week..

THIS post from weight watchers is what ive been doing...why is it so hard to stay on track and stop giving in, my new goal is to say NO to people that ask me if i want dessert, or you want more food..No thanks MA!!!IVE GOT TO DO IT FOR MY HEALTH AND TO LOSE WEIGHT!!! hope this helps......becca

my weight dropped to 176 before christmas i was doing great as soon as i had one sweet, i splurged for 3 days so im trying to get right back on track, eva got me shape up shoes and mom got me a ipod bag...thats motivation...what helped drp the pounds was my dinner choices{apple}or grape fruit or shake or cearl kashi or cherios or cottage cheese, and adding oatmeal to breakfastand rice to lunch....also a 20 to 40 min.walk or workout dvd..3 to 5 days a week as much as possible...

beating stress, i love walking and i do workout dvds, dancing to the oldies, zumba , hula dancing...i have to start moving a gain and start my workouts..my husband had a heart attack about 5 months ago so im fighting depression!!! with GOD all things are possible...so im posting this for friends and i need motivation...thank you Becca
