I'm on Phase 2, Round 2 1/2, Day 6. I started on HCG back in the end of August and lost 22 lbs in about 5 weeks. I went onto Phase 3 and was amazed at how my weight would ricochet back to my last dose weight even if it went up a lb (or down) here and there. When I started Phase 4 which I was on for about a month, I could eat anyting in moderation and maintain. I really did reset my hypothalmus!

I started back on the program around the second week of December thinking it would be better to diet through the holidays than be tempted, and I still have about 20 lbs to lose. For some reason I was just miserable, even though I tried really hard to load properly. I was starving, run down, a mess! So after about 13 days I went off and started eating Phase 3 foods. But I gained a steady .5 lbs a day for the next week. Not good! When I passed my LDW from the previous round I knew I had to get back on and ride through the minimum 15 days that Dr. Simeons suggests you have to stay on to reset the hypothalmus.

So it's been going really well this time. I'm down 5 lbs from my LDW from Round 1, about 7 from when I started 6 days ago. Not too shabby! Of course now the losses are slowing down, but still good enough to keep me motivated.

So I've got at least 11 days of VLCD left, 9 days of HCG drops, then I'll see where I am. I have buckets of travel coming up later in Jan so I can't stay on too long, but I'd love to get to 140 (6 lbs away) before I pull out and then maybe knock out the last 10 lbs when my schedule settles down.
