Well, 24 hours was enough of GWL, heading back up I-95. Survived fine. Ended upnat a BBQ place last night that was self serve so I didn't have to explain to a waiter that I didn't want any food. The ribs and pulled pork that the hubby's and kids had looked and smelled good, but I ate as soon as we got back to the room and was fine. Got behind on drops this morning but I double dosed at 1 so should be ok.
I wish I could start weight training but I know that would totally stall my weightloss s...

Was down another half a pound on R2P2D7. I figure I'll be good for half a pound a day for the next couple of weeks. I don't expect more than that in round 2.
Today we drove to Williamsburg to take the boys to Great Wolf Lodge. I actually didn't cringe when I looked at myself in the mirror wearing a bathing suit. Still some places that need work (like the belly fat left from having twins almost 10 years ago--time for a tummy tuck.) But all in all, not terrifying!

I'm on Phase 2, Round 2 1/2, Day 6. I started on HCG back in the end of August and lost 22 lbs in about 5 weeks. I went onto Phase 3 and was amazed at how my weight would ricochet back to my last dose weight even if it went up a lb (or down) here and there. When I started Phase 4 which I was on for about a month, I could eat anyting in moderation and maintain. I really did reset my hypothalmus!
I started back on the program around the second week of December
