Day Two

Day one was not too bad.  I ate w/in my calorie range.  I was hungry late at night and did have some carrots and hummus.  Probably not a wise choice.  Today I hope to get some cardio in.  Have aleady had breakfast (cereal, skim milk, banana and some mango slices).  Have to get my water in today as well.

**End of day two and I did get all of my water in -- Yea, me!  Going to be a tough week ahead, back to school, back to work and have to fit in work outs as well.  I stayed within my calorie range so I'm feeling good about that.  Just have to make time to get the cardio in.
