Ate w/in my range today, but still not able to fit any exercise in. I still can't find my motivation to get myself into the gym!! :(

Day 3 sucked.
Day 4, off to a better start. Oatmeal and skim milk for Bfast. Hoping to get some cardio in later today.

Day one was not too bad. I ate w/in my calorie range. I was hungry late at night and did have some carrots and hummus. Probably not a wise choice. Today I hope to get some cardio in. Have aleady had breakfast (cereal, skim milk, banana and some mango slices). Have to get my water in today as well.
**End of day two and I did get all of my water in -- Yea, me! Going to be a tough week ahead, back to school, back to work and have to fit ...

Today is the day I take my life back. About 18mos ago I went through a divorce and it's been hell. I have two gorgeous children, both boys who deserve a healthy, happy mom. At my lowest weight I was 123, and now I am abt 175. I was an active runner, lifter and loved to work out. I have not been able to find my motivation at all. I have barely been in a gym in the past year.
Today is the day that changes for me. ...
