-2 POUNDS DURING THE HOLIDAYS HELL YA ALTHOUGH I'VE GOT TO SAY THE MARSHMALLOW COVERED YAMS WERE QUITE TEMPTING AND I WAS A LITTLE PISSED WHEN I GOT A BUNCH OF RESTAURANT GIFT CARDS AS PRESENTS WHAT KIND OF FAT JOKE IS THAT?
YOU KNOW IT'S FUNNY HOW THE LITTLE THINGS THAT YOU HEAR OVER AND OVER AGAIN REALLY WORK, LIKE DRINKING A GLASS OF WATER BEFORE AND AFTER EACH MEAL. I EAT AN AVERAGE OF 1 AND 1/2 CUPS LESS EACH MEAL WHEN I DO THAT!
REGRETS... NOT HITTING THE GYM EVEN ONCE THIS WEEK, EVEN THOUGH I HAD A HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS OF TWO POUNDS I CAN'T HELP BUT WONDER HOW MUCH MORE I COULD HAVE LOST IF I WOULD HAVE HIT THE GYM A FEW TIMES...
NEW FINDS!!! BUMBLE BEE TUNA SENSATIONS OH MY HOLY DELICIOUSNESS FOR $1.50 THIS WAS THE BEST SNACK I HAVE CAME ACROSS YET FOR
2 CARBS 18 PROTEIN 3 FAT AND 110 CALORIES IT MAKES A GREAT MORNING OR AFTERNOON SNACK AND DOESN'T HURT THE POCKET BOOK EITHER!!!
THIS WEEKS GOAL? -3 POUNDS NOT GOING TO OVER SHOOT IT HOPEFULLY I CAN DEMOLISH IT BUT WE'LL SEE. THE PLAN IS TO HIT THE GYM 5 DAYS AND EAT WITHIN MY CALORIES AND CARBS NOT TOO LOW. THAT'S BEEN THE HARD PART WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT SOMEONE NAMED PHAT GIRL WOULD HAVE A PROBLEM EATING ENOUGH!!!
OK SO THERE'S MY UPDATES I WILL POST AGAIN NEXT MONDAY WITH ANOTHER NEW FIND, GOAL, AND MY WEEKLY WEIGHTLOSS SUCCESS!!!
