I have found a new found motivation to lose weight and I don't believe it is just a New Years resolution fad.
A year ago I became a vegetarian which primarily was to promote healthy weight loss. It actually helped! My whole system flushes out quicker and I am restrained from eating fast food junk. It turned into a lifestyle that I am very accustomed to and love. This past month I decided to turn vegan! When I tell people this they think its crazy and extreme. But realistically its not hard at all. Its the type of diet that is properly utilized to get all the nutrients needed through out the day. All the meals I eat now are packed with all the food groups one needs to lose weight and keep it off! I've found that I needed to cook all my meals which is always the better option. I've researched many recipes and they are simple, delicious and healthy!
After adopting this lifestyle I've researched many of the benefits that come from being vegetarian/vegan. Its amazing how much not only yourself but the planet as well can benefit from switching to a vegan lifestyle.
