Day 2 of my new life (not going to call it a "diet" because it just makes me not like it any more than I do right now

.) I am more aware of what I am eating and make more concious decisions of what to snack on. I drink a small glass of water before/after I eat a snack to fill my belly up and I don't reach for the chocolate dipped preztels or oreo pie that's lurking at my fingertips. I've also quit drinking sodas. I've noticed that I'm not as bloated as I was before (awesome! I already look skinnier and I haven't even lost weight

.) I am motivated and I keep looking forward to what's to come! I know I won't see changes after 2 days but I WILL get there. Yesterday while walking on the treadmill, I saw on the T.V. where a 300 lb woman lost half her self! As I was trudging along wiping the sweat off my face and thinking, "Will this 30 minutes ever end?" I kept saying to myself that if that woman can lose 150 pounds, I CAN and WILL lose my measley 75 lbs.
No excuses! Day 2: victorious!
