Insanity Workout (Month 2, Day 4)

Journal log #1:
I've always been fairly active my entire life, but my eating habits are legendary (in a bad way!). I eat everything! I'm a goat! lol! So that's why I'm here. To start monitoring what I eat, and how much I eat.
The first month of following the Insanity workout was intense! Probably the hardest workouts I've ever done. Sweat pours out of you! My heart rate monitor was constantly reading at 160bpm and higher. You need to stop numerous times, while watching the ppl on the dvd struggle just as much as you are, except that they look physically more attractive than you, generally speaking (lol). I followed the workout schedule religiously for the 4 weeks.
However, results of month one were just ho hum though.
The reason ...I ate too much.
Now with the beginning of month two, i'm going to use this site and monitor my calorie intake. Lets see where my body goes from here :)
Starting stats:
body fat - 15%
chest - 40.5
bicep(flexed) - 16.1
waist(fattest part) - 33.7
abdomen(fattest part) - 34.6 (this is weird, cuz I wear 30-32 size pants. oh well. *shrug*)
hips - 37.2
thighs - 23.8
