I am glad that I found this site. Typing is so much easier than writing. I've always wanted to have a food journal to track what I eat and this site makes it
soooooooo much easier to not only track what I eat but to, IMO, estimate how many calories I'm ingesting. It makes me take ownership with what I'm putting into my body. It works both ways though, there are some days I don't get enough caloric intake and some days I go just a wee bit over

. It's only been a week so I'm not beating myself up on the days that I do go over. Like I said, one week down, the rest of my life to go. This is a lifetime commitment that I am internally struggling with but I have faith in myself that I can do this and WILL do this. For those out there that said they think they'll never be able to eat right after they've blown their diet for the 3rd or 4th, etc. straight day, I say, "Every day is a diet. You may fall off the wagon but you can easily get back on. Just say to yourself, I KNOW I can."
On another note. I still don't know how to input my workout. I'm working on figuring out this site but until then, I'll continue to input in my Diet Tracker.
