Getting Back on Track

It's January 10th and time to get back on track. I let things get lax the last three weeks with the Holidays going on and my trainer being out and I can feel it.

Today is a new day and today is the day I'm getting back on track.

It's amazing and so huge to see and feel the impact that tracking my food and my workouts play on my results. I'm happy with what I've done since October and with where I'm at. I'm even more happy with where I'm going.

This month I intend to lose 8 pounds and to do so I'm going to make better food choices and track my eating, work out 5x a week like I was before and mix it up a little to keep the motivation high. Also, I switched up my workouts with my trainer so that he'll be assigning me one workout a week to complete on my own at the gym so that I can get used to doing routines on my own and building that habit.

I must add that though losing weight has been a constant battle for me, this time I'm approaching it differently. I'm doing it for me. For my health, for I'm already loved just the way I am...Finally!
