-4 Woo Hoo.... My goal last week was -3 pound I beat it by 1 pound...
This week was great, I didn't cut out any foods that I wanted to eat I just ate them in moderation, that is something I have been trying to learn how to do FOREVER!!! At the rate I am going I will be at my goal weigt by my wedding in September.
New common sense statement... Boxing up half of your food as you get it when you eat out. That was my trick this week and also ordering a kids meal instead of a value meal, kids meals are the right portions and there is no option to biggy size....
REGRETS??? You know I don't think that I have any regrets this week, I worked out, ate right, and tracked almost everyday.... I feel like I really learned from last week.
New Finds.... frozen crystal light, Lately I have had quite the sweet tooth, to beat the bad habits I just made some strong crystal light and put them into popsicle makers. (ice trays with toothpicks work as well) They are perfect for the sweet tooth and have no sugar no fat and no calories WOO HOO who wouldn't want a free snack not to mention one that would satisfy your sweet tooth....
THIS WEEKS GOAL.... -4 POUNDS!!! DID IT LAST WEEK LET'S DO IT AGAIN.... ALSO I WANT TO COOK AT HOME THIS WEEK MORE INSTEAD OF EATING OUT.
