Well, a little over a week has passed since I started this journey, and the progress has been exciting so far. I have been feeling energetic and positive, and best of all, not hungry. I just weighed in this morning and tracked a 7 lb weight loss for 10 days!
Starting out knowing that I had 100 lbs to lose was daunting at first, but there is no time limit here, just me being more active and making healthier choices. I can do this one little step at a time.
Two years ago I lost 35 lbs in four months, which was a great success for me, but I finished my "diet" and then went back to eating the exact same things as before, and put it all back on.
Now I am looking forward to another great weightloss with one little change. This is for life. Even after I have hit my goal weight, I promise I will keep tracking my food intake every day, and I will keep striving to be active. No end in sight, just better choices.
