I am really struggling for hope these days. My weight loss has completely stalled out, and I have stayed at the exact same number for over a week now. I was so positive in the beginning, when I lost quite a bit, but now I am just hanging out in the same spot I am frustrated. I have missed a few workouts due to being sick, but I am still staying in my caloric range and even without the workouts the my progress page says I should still be losing. Ok, so here we are at the end of week two and my total weight loss to this point is about twelve pounds. Sine starting this journey I have only missed two days of workouts (which occured while I was sick) so that makes me very proud of myself! I have been shaking it up a bit with my exercise routine, and I even tried zumba today, which was super awkward, but fun. I am currently in first place with the biggest loser contest at work, with just under 5% of my weight lost. I was really worried about...
