so i started this challenge right? its a 1 month 100 pushup challenge. it goes like this everyday you do pushups except for one day per week when you have a rest day. ok so for the first week you do 25 pushups a day. then every other week you up by 25 until you get to week 4 where you would hit 100 pushups. now for a twist since some people might see this as not too difficult try doing these pushups in two sets per day, or do normal pushups then a different kind like wide or diamond. so if anyones reading this i challenge you to do this chalenge. i shall retake it pushing to 3 sets but all you have to do is one per day. ok so what are you doing? let me see you hit those pushups.
