First day of boot camp. Went pretty well. I'll be sore tomorrow. Started out with a mile warm up on the treadmill. Then worked with trainer, doing 20 minutes of jogging in place, jumping rope, "dirty dozens", lunges, squat thrusts, etc. Moved to elliptical and did 20 minutes of 1:30 walk, 30 sec. run. Finished up with about 15 minutes of stretching. I felt pretty good. Very winded during work with trainer, did everything else OK. No bootcamp tomorrow, but we will get some "homework" to do. Happy so far.....
