First day of boot camp. Went pretty well. I'll be sore tomorrow. Started out with a mile warm up on the treadmill. Then worked with trainer, doing 20 minutes of jogging in place, jumping rope, "dirty dozens", lunges, squat thrusts, etc. Moved to elliptical and did 20 minutes of 1:30 walk, 30 sec. run. Finished up with about 15 minutes of stretching. I felt pretty good. Very winded during work with trainer, did everything else OK. No bootcamp tomorrow, but we will get some "homework" to ...

1/16 ~ We start our boot camp tomorrow, so we had our informational meeting today and got our beginning measurements, etc. Mine were about where I thought they would be. I'm out of shape, I know it. I lost about 35 pounds in 2010, and want to lose more than that this year. I lost it by changing my eating habits, so now I want to add working out to it. I hope that with my wife doing it with me, we can get in better shape. We have boot camp for 6 weeks, and it seems like it's going to be to...
