The last few months have been exhausting with the injuries. I quit smoking started pilates, taking vitamins and joint health supplements, removed pig from my diet and started only eating organic eggs chicken and only eating buffalo/bison due to non hormones and preservatives.  After a few months I decided to add cardio to my work-out wanted to try a 5k 3 months after starting.  I bought shoes made for me for running, stretched, researched how to start a running program. BOOM one day while jogging very slow I felt a sharp pain in my knee, no injury just a pain that happened every once and a while. I continued my program 3 times a week 3 miles each after one month I was able to consistently run one mile at a time. Finally my knee gave out swell up and I just had to see a dr. they drained it, OUCH! Had an mri and its arthritis and some wear and tear from being 30 what?! I am only 30 and now have an arthritic knee and past injury of arthritic ankle both on opposite legs so just call me hop-a-long. Now treatment is cortizone injections and just see. So doing minimal exercises now. Finally got health insurance so I am ready after I get fixed to try to run again. But the only time I have ever lost weight was logging it down so I am back.
