Week Three

I am really struggling for hope these days. My weight loss has completely stalled out, and I have stayed at the exact same number for over a week now. I was so positive in the beginning, when I lost quite a bit, but now I am just hanging out in the same spot I am frustrated. I have missed a few workouts due to being sick, but I am still staying in my caloric range and even without the workouts the my progress page says I should still be losing. I guess I had better ramp up the exercise to see if I can't get some better results.
