After shoulders and arms I really thought I would be extremely sore in the morning. I was surprised to find out that I actually started to feel better – the soreness was going away. Thank goodness!
Workout: “Yoga” (≈1 hour 30 min):
I expected yoga to be pretty easy. I have taken multiple yoga classes and I have to say that the yoga is challenging. The moves are taxing but I can see that in time they will pay off. I had an easier time then my husband but he did do the best he could. He swears the moves aren’t made for men (there are men in the video
). I completed everything on the video with the exception of two moves – so, I was very proud of myself. It is a fairly long routine but well worth it. So far, this workout has made me sweat more than any of the others. Two more videos and our rest/cheat day will be here!!!
