Yoga was intense yesterday but it did balance out each video before it. The stretching was a nice addition to all the hard work so far. My muscles feel tight but overall I feel great!
Workout: “Legs, Back and AB Ripper X” (≈1 hour 15 min):
I went into this video thinking it was going to be h e double hockey sticks with all the lounges, pull ups, chin ups, etc…
We were both pleasantly surprised to feel that our endurance has increased. We got though almost all of the video and we completed more of the ab section this time. Can’t say it has gotten easier but at least we felt as though we could keep up – what a wonderful feeling! We are starting to accept that these workouts will be apart of our daily routine now. We are definitely addicted to our recovery drink – so good! Eating has become a little easier now as well. Last video of the week tomorrow – YAY!
