I woke up pumped that this was our last day of exercise before we get our rest/cheat day tomorrow. I figured that I would sleep in from all the extreme exercising I did this week – did not happen. With all the energy I have know it’s hard to sleep in, I wake up ready to go. I do get very tired at night and after dinner I immediately am ready for bed. I have to say – this has been the longest I have gone with sticking to a strict routine. Go me!!! 
Workout - “Kenpo” (≈1 hour):
Kenpo is great – a lot of kicking, punching, etc… - the fun stuff!
It’s a great cardio workout. In my opinion – this workout by far is the best one. Plyometrics has been the toughest. We have worked hard this week and we deserve what tomorrow will bring.
Remember – Attitude is everything!!!
