Could not wait to get back to my workout routine – CRAZY – I know! I’m more pumped about this week then I was when I started the program. A couple things that I have really noticed so far – more energy, I am sweating more which is probably due to my eating more meals and metabolism, I feel stronger and my endurance has greatly improved.
Workout - “Chest/Back/AB Ripper X” (≈1 hour 15 min)
This week will mimic last week as far as the videos. This workout was not as bad as last week for us. We are getting stronger – such a big improvement from last week. Last week this time – I couldn’t wait for the video to end. I didn’t feel that way today. We definitely completed more of the video this time but we still didn’t complete the whole thing – we even did more of the ab routine.
