I woke up this morning with minimal soreness. Last week I could barely walk – what a difference – feeling so good!
Workout - “Plyometrics” (≈1 hour):
I am not going to lie – I was dreading this video. I really dislike this workout compared to the others.
It is hard work – no pain, no gain I guess! I pushed myself to get motivated and I completed the video with the exception of a few moves – complaining about how it’s so hard in the beginning. After the video was over I didn’t think it was as bad as it was last week. For the record it still is my least favorite so far! It’s still hard but has gotten a little more bearable. Don’t get me wrong these videos are not a walk in the park – they all have their intensity – mine tolerance level isn’t agreeing much with this one. I absolutely feel stronger and I have more endurance. I have to admit – as soon as I get home I have to put my workout clothes on and get right to it. I won’t even give myself a chance to talk myself out of it!!!
Remember – Attitude is everything!!!
