I woke up feeling great. A lot of energy but I can tell that my body way tired.
Workout - “Shoulders/Arms/AB Ripper X” (≈1 hour 15 min):
This video went so quickly this week – much easier than last week. I truly believe that last week was scary because of the unknown. Now we know what to expect. I did realize that my weight was too light; so, I went to a heavier weight – progress – what a great thing! Really felt a burn… 
Remember – Attitude is everything!!!
