Woke up a little tired this morning but very excited that we are almost done with our 2 weeks on the program. Food intake and the workouts have been great and I can’t wait for Saturday to get here to weigh in and record our measurements.
Workout - “Yoga” (≈1 hour 30min):
Big strides for my husband today – he improved so much since last week with this workout – more flexible. As for me, I enjoyed it but I did not sweat as much as I did last time. I also challenged myself a little more also with the moves. Man – some of them are very difficult! This process has been very rewarding so far. It has taught me how to be more disciplined. 
Remember → Attitude is everything!!!
