Got home after a long day at work, very exhausted. Talked myself into getting my workout clothes on.
Workout -
"Legs/Back/AB Ripper X" (≈1 hour 15 min):
Started the video yawning - completed most of all the moves. I'm glad I pushed myself because when I got done I was very happy that I made myself do it. It seemed to have rejuvenated me. Last week I did not sweat too much with this video - this week it was dripping off of me. I did get an intense workout tonight. It did seem as though I was having a harder time with the lunges and the squats - my legs were burning!

The ab section was still a little tough to get through but I did complete a majority of the video. Hopefully, I will see more improvement next week with this routine. Weigh in and measurements tomorrow!

I am so ready for bed...
