Day One

So I have begun my journey...shopping is done, meals are planned/prepared and I am ready to rock and roll!
This morning's breakfast was a nice treat according to my plan this week...LOVE MONKEY BREAD! I am hoping that the variety in this plan will keep me interested and satisfied. So far I had breakfast and part of my afternoon snack (cuz I was hungry) and I am looking forward to lunch in about 1/2 hour.
My plan is to workout at home this evening according to my schedule and stick to this! Like I said - I am tired of being fat and unhealthy.
I plan to post before and after pics along my journey - I think it will hold me accountable for my progress. Looking forward to having a successful week although I plan to take it one day at a time!
